Parkview Church of God is sponsoring their Annual Chili Cook-Off; coordinated by 4 Event Planning to benefit 4th Week Food Ministry.
Handmade/handcrafted items and direct sales vendors will be accepted. No resale (bought somewhere and resold at vendor fair) items are permitted.
*There are a total of 30 spaces INSIDE. There are no spaces OUTSIDE.
*A limited number of tables are available for additional cost. Chairs are available to all.
*A donation of at least 10 non-perishable food items (for food pantry) is required.
*The vendor with the most non-perishable food items (over 10) will be given a free space at the next event held at Parkview. There will be a tie-breaker drawing to determine winner if needed.
*Vendors must supply their own display materials (wall boards, shelving units, etc.)
*Vendors are responsible for the set up and removal of their materials (including all trash accumulated).
*$35 for 8x8 spaces. $40 for 8x10 spaces. Tables can be rented for $5 while they last.
*Payment is due by the date in your confirmation email unless other arrangements are made ahead of time.
Monies are used for advertising and expenses for the show. All remaining funds are used for the fundraiser. There are NO REFUNDS for ANY REASON.
Set up: 9:00am to 11:00am
Event Times: 11:00am to 4:00pm
Tear-Down: 4:00pm to 5:00pm
***Early tear downs and no shows will result in being removed from ALL future shows.
Cancellations must be made via email by 7am the day of the show or counted as a no show.
