    General Information:
    Williamsburg Christian Retreat Center is sponsoring their 4th Annual Family Fun Day to benefit their organization programs; coordinated by 4 Event Planning. The event will be held at Williamsburg Christian Retreat Center beautiful grounds in Toano, Virginia.

    Eligibility:
    Handmade/handcrafted items and direct sales vendors will be accepted. No resale (bought somewhere and resold at vendor fair) items are permitted. There will be limits of each category to ensure that there is limited duplication and more space for others. There will be only one of each direct sale company permitted. Food Vendors that sell snacks and drinks are also welcome however the main "meal" will be sponsored by the organization.

    Space Info:
    *All spaces are OUTSIDE in the field either under the large common tent or near the tent with vendor provided canopies.
     › 10- 10x10 spaces under the big tent ($40)
     › 4- 4x18 spaces in the center of the big tent ($40)
     › 14- 10x10 spaces surrounding the big tent ($40)
     › Beverage and Snack Trucks ($40)
    *Tables, Chairs and canopies are not provided.
    *Vendors must supply their own display materials.
    *Vendors are responsible for the set up and removal of their materials (including all trash accumulated).

    Payments:
     › 10- 10x10 spaces under the big tent ($40)
     › 4- 4x18 spaces in the center of the big tent ($40)
     › 14- 10x10 spaces surrounding the big tent ($40)
     › Beverage and Snack Trucks ($40)
    *PayPal Payments are no longer an option due to PayPal tax policies.
    Check or Money Order AND form are due by the date listed in your confirmation email unless other arrangements are made ahead of time. This includes permits and city paperwork from all food vendors.

    Refunds:
    Monies are used for permits, advertising and general expenses to host the event. All remaining funds are used for the fundraiser. There are no refunds for any reason.

    Event Logistics:
    Set up: 8:00am to 10:00am
    Event Times: 10:00am to 3:00pm
    Tear-Down: 3:00pm to 4:00pm

    ***Early tear downs and no shows will result in being removed from ALL future shows. Cancellations must be made by email by 7am the day of the show or counted as a no show. We will not receive any notifications after 7am.

*Office Hours*
Due to family obligations we don't work 'regular' office hours. We tend to work very early or very late in the day so EMAIL is the best way to reach us. We answer emails in the order they are received, beginning with soonest show date.
