Lindsay Middle School's Halloween Vendor Fair & Trick-or-Treat

VENDOR INFORMATION
We are at max limit for soaps, jewelry and sewn household items but will track backups if you email to request a space.

    General Information:
    Lindsay Middle School is sponsoring the 3rd Annual Halloween Vendor Fair with Trick-or-Treating; coordinated by 4 Event Planning.

    Eligibility:
    Handmade/handcrafted items and direct sales vendors will be accepted. No resale (bought somewhere and resold at vendor fair) items are permitted.

    Space Info:
    *There are a total of 37 spaces INSIDE.
    *Tables and chairs are not provided.
    *Each vendor is required to provide a bowl of candy for children who are in costume when visiting their booth.
    *Vendors must supply their own display materials (wall boards, shelving units, etc.)
    *Vendors are responsible for the set up and removal of their materials (including all trash accumulated).

    Payments:
    *$35-6x8. $40-6x10
    *Payment is due by the date in your confirmation email unless other arrangements are made ahead of time.

    Refunds:
    Monies are used for advertising and expenses for the show. All remaining funds are used for the fundraiser. There are no refunds for any reason.

    Event Logistics:
    Set up: 7:00am to 9:00am
    Event Times: 9:00am to 2:00pm
    Tear-Down: 2:00pm to 3:00pm

    ***Early tear downs and no shows will result in being removed from ALL future shows. Cancellations must be made via email by 7am the day of the show or counted as a no show.
