    General Information:
    Monitor Lodge is sponsoring their Annual Car Show & Breakfast at the Scottish Rite Masonic Center; vendors to be coordinated by 4 Event Planning to benefit Monitor Lodge programs.

    Eligibility:
    Only commercial auto industry vendors will be accepted.

    Space Info:
    *There are a total of 10 (10X10) spaces INSIDE.
    *8ft tables ARE provided. Chairs are available to all.
    *10ft canopies are allowed.
    *Vendors must supply their own display materials (wall boards, shelving units, etc.)
    *Vendors are responsible for the set up and removal of their materials (including all trash accumulated).

    Payments:
    *$40 for all spaces
    *Payment is due by the date in your confirmation email unless other arrangements are made ahead of time.

    Refunds:
    Monies are used for advertising and expenses for the show. All remaining funds are used for the fundraiser. There are no refunds for any reason.

    Event Logistics:
    Set up: 6:00am to 8:00am
    Event Times: 8:00am to 1:00pm
    Tear-Down: 1:00pm to 2:00pm

    ***Early tear downs and no shows will result in being removed from ALL future shows. Cancellations must be made via email by 6am the day of the show or counted as a no show.
